Too Long for Facebook

I tried to post this on my Facebook page, but was told that it was too long. So now you have to read it here. Why not write to Facebook and tell them of this inconvenience and suggest that they get rid of character limits for updates?

Note to self: If you are on a NYC sidewalk, walking along with your son and you ask him not to walk around with his eyes closed and arms stretched out in front of him because he looks “insane and notice how no one else is walking around, looking like a lunatic?” he will immediately open his eyes and point to another pedestrian who is, indeed, walking like a lunatic and such pedestrian will be your son’s hero and your point will be lost, as will be your will to live.
