Soul Mates

Me: Guess what? There are like five people who read my blog almost every day! My blog is really taking off!

Husband: That’s great. I hope that it does take off.

Me: Why?

Husband: Because it’s an inexpensive way to keep you amused.

Because before I started blogging, I was all polo ponies this and cricket that.

It’s only inexpensive until you decide you need a better computer. ; )

Hm I guess I drive up the cost when I need to drink my mocha latte while crafting my posts.

Men just have no idea how we can make things expensive if we feel like it, do they?

Tell him you’re going to start a $4-a-day chai habit like anymommy and see how he likes that!

Thank you, everyone, for making me laugh.

WFB-Do I watch Real Housewives NY? OF COURSE. Wait, you’re not one of the housewives, are you? Because I think they’re all out of their fucking minds. I miss them!

Alice–funny you should mention that, because I really could use a new laptop. And what is more bloggable than a trip around the world?

Marmite–Thank you! Please bill me for your kind words!

Anymommy–is an iphone a must? I don’t want to make any blogging mistakes!

Raising–Hey, every last bit helps, right?

Jen–it does make sense! I should have mentioned in my post that my husband has never, ever read my blog. Fume!

Maura–that’s a good idea, but I am anti-chai. I think anymommy banned me from her blog for being chai-unfriendly. Either that or intense jealousy over my good taste in beverages.

Marinka,

They were my magic pills for 7 week.

I missed them too.

Isn’t it fun when you start to get regulars? Although the regulars who never comment are a bit disturbing. Like the time I found a new blog, and then discovered I was already on her blogroll. Freaky.

ok seriously… i couldn’t even decide which post to comment on because each one made me laugh harder than the last. it was the polo ponies and cricket that got me though. 🙂

Clint gets freaked out by my non-family member readers. It’s probably the best reason of all to blog.
